Quality control is extremely important to Desenco. All employees share responsibility during in-process inspections to assure an acceptable product. Final inspection reports are available for each job. All inspection tooling is traceable to the National Bureau of Standards.

Machine Calibration

To assure the highest precision from our CNC machines they are routinely serviced and tested for accuracy. Machine calibration is checked with an electronic Ball Bar and a very precise Master Inspection Plate meeting the National Aerospace Standards. Any machine not meeting our rigid specifications is reconditioned before being put back into service. d
